These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Weyer Labs' website and products, including Remy (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. By using Remy, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Remy is provided for informational and conversational purposes. Remy's responses are generated by an AI system and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. You should not rely on Remy for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
You agree not to use the Services to: (a) violate any law; (b) harass, abuse, or harm another person; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or duplicate Remy's underlying model or training data; or (d) use the Services in any manner not intended by Weyer Labs.
All content, trademarks, and technology associated with the Services, including Remy and all outputs generated by Remy, are the property of Weyer Labs. Your conversations with Remy may be used to inform future versions of our technology, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Weyer Labs does not guarantee that Remy's responses will be consistent, predictable, or free of unexpected content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weyer Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including any statements made by Remy during a conversation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inconsistent with the spirit of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
